AltsInvest Collective is committed to creating an environment that fosters learning and genuine connections, free from the distractions of unsolicited selling. Events are designed to be a space where education takes precedence.

• Education Over Selling: It can be valuable to learn about specific investments or a vendor’s service, but true education is about access and focus on unbiased educational content that empowers members to make informed decisions.

• Vetting for a Quality Community: To maintain the integrity of the learning environment, we collect information on each potential member. This ensures that the community is composed of individuals who are here to share knowledge and grow together, not to just sell products and services.

• Full Disclosure Requirement: Transparency is key in the community. Anyone involved in the financial services industry, fund management, or raising money for investments must disclose this information.

• Limited Sponsor Access: To keep events focused on education, sponsor access is limited. This policy helps us ensure that the quality of events remains high and that members can engage in learning without interruption. Only investment professionals recommended by existing members will be considered for sponsorship and educational speaking engagements (with no selling allowed). We understand that networks are valuable to sourcing investment opportunities. However, these opportunities should have direct representation from members who are intimate with the investment.
